Andrew Jackson

Andrew is a founding partner of Stanton Marris. He works with individual leaders, boards and senior teams around strategy, team development and leadership.

He works across sectors, mainly in government, leisure, banking to professional services. He has recently worked with a global luxury hotel brand, a global brewer, and a major education publishing business. He has worked with most of major government departments (including HM Treasury, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Home Office). His experience is that issues of leadership and how leaders engage and interact with difficult business issues come up in similar ways across sectors, although the contexts are different.

Andrew began his career in the UK Civil Service, working for two Home Secretaries and in the Prime Minister’s Office. As a consultant he has been at KPMG, Kinsley Lord and Towers Perrin. He was a founding partner of Stanton Marris in 1998.
He has an MA from Cambridge, an MBA from Warwick and an advanced coaching diploma.
