Andy Craig

Andy is an executive coach and consultant who specialises in leadership development for individuals, teams and boards.

His work with Stanton Marris has been on coaching executives, board development and culture change programmes. Clients include Balfour Beatty Rail, the Healthcare Commission, Luminar, the Ministry of Defence, the UK Border Agency and the Commission for Social Care Inspection.

Andy was in the Army for over 25 years. As a Brigadier, he directed the recruiting operation – an annual requirement of 16,000 people – and was responsible for human resource planning for a workforce of 120,000. As a visiting Fellow at the LSE he specialises in Outsourcing.

Last year Andy published ‘The Outsourcing Enterprise from Cost Management to Collaborative Innovation’ with Willcocks and Cullen (Palgrave Macmillan, November 2010). He has a degree in Civil Engineering, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is an Association for Coaching accredited coach.
