Guy McDonnell

Guy is an Associate with Stanton Marris and has his own practice consulting in strategy, organization and leadership development.

He was a senior partner in the Leadership and Talent Consulting practice of Korn/Ferry International, the world’s largest Executive Search firm. As Global Leader of Senior Team Effectiveness he worked in 20 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Guy worked in food retailing for Argyll Group plc, then a FTSE 50 company. He served in line, staff and program leadership roles, including with the Chairman and Chief Executive and led two complex cross-organizational programmes.

In consulting, Guy led the European Change Practice at Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson), one of the world’s leading People and HR consultancies. He served clients in organization design and cultural change and addressed the people issues associated with corporate events such as mergers & acquisitions and outsourcing. Before that he was a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company.

Guy holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
