Ian Dodds

Ian specialises in organisation and leadership development to help clients to achieve profit generation and efficiency gains through building an engaging, inclusive culture. A programme Ian led for the FCO was awarded the World Diversity Leadership Summit 2009 Diversity Innovation Award, judged by a panel of Fortune 100 Companies.

Ian’s clients include Allianz, Cisco Systems, Coca Cola, Dixons, Fluor, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Pitney Bowes, Philips, Proctor & Gamble, Sainsbury’s, Sodexo, Economist Group, Wates, and Government Departments.

Ian was previously Group Head of Organisational and People Development for ICI, then the largest chemicals company in the world, and a member of its Fine Chemicals Manufacturing Board. He has been a member of the advisory management development bodies of London, Manchester and Michigan Business Schools and is featured in Who’s Who ‘Business Leaders of the Millennium’. He is an elected faculty member of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioural Science.
Ian holds a PhD and an MA (Oxon) and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
