Jeremy’s practice is informed by 10 years of commercial leadership experience, where he built high performing teams & influenced global stakeholders to turn around failing product portfolios. Strong commercial acumen guides Jeremy in helping leaders focus on what matters most.

In addition to his work with Stanton Marris, Jeremy founded 3 Minute Mile in 2006. 3 Minute Mile removes barriers to performance, achieving impact through greater versatility, better team performance & more effective interactions. Jeremy’s current clients include Citi, Prudential, Allianz, Newedge, Nokia Siemens Networks, Fujitsu & Ofcom.

Jeremy studies with Dr. Robert Hogan and Rob Kaiser of Kaplan DeVries, regularly contributing to international research on personality, derailing behaviours & leadership effectiveness. He is an executive educator with Duke CE & a long time associate of Stanton Marris.

Jeremy’s has an Honours degree is Biology & Psychology, a postgraduate diploma in Organisational Behaviour and is completing an MSc in Occupational Psychology.

Jeremy is qualified in most psychometrics and holds certificates in occupational testing. He is a graduate member of the BPS.
