Julia Outlaw

Julia’s approach combines analytic rigour with empathy and understanding of how people learn and change. Julia began her consulting career at international strategy consulting firm, Bain & Co, where she led teams helping clients develop and implement strategic solutions across a range of business issues.
Recognising the critical role of human behaviour and performance in making strategy work in practice,
Julia’s focus is now on helping individuals, teams and organisations to achieve greater impact. As an experienced coach and facilitator, Julia works with leaders at all levels to support them through change and challenge them a collective and individual level.
Recent clients include PayPal, Low & Bonar, AstraZeneca, Pearson, The Arts Council and Balfour Beatty.
She holds a corporate coaching qualification from The Coaching Academy and is a qualified Alexander Technique teacher. Julia has an MA in Economics and Management from Cambridge University and the Judge Institute.
