Katrina’s consulting career spans strategy, change, HR and organisation development work mostly in large and complex organisations. She is passionate about engaging leaders and their teams, helping them tackle issues that get in the way of making their strategy work.
At Stanton Marris, Katrina’s focus has been on large-scale engagement, organisational change and leadership development programmes.
Katrina has a degree in Retail Management from Monash University, Australia.
