Lynn Fabes

Lynn has extensive experience of engaging organisations in complex programmes, organisational design and culture change. She specialises in identifying critical issues, then supporting leaders on identifying the change, development and engagement needed to deliver strategy, culture change and improved performance. Her current work is mainly in the education sector, but Lynn’s client base includes the private and not for profit sectors. She is an executive coach, certified to administer psychometric tests including Hogan and Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
Lynn started her career as a scientist before moving into HR, specialising in issues of employability. Her senior management experience includes working as Director at the Department for Education working across all policy areas to engage with the private sector. Lynn joined Stanton Marris in 2005.
Lynn read Biochemistry at the University of Warwick. She sits on the Board of Teach First and is a member of the European Coaching Council. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts.
