Nick Outlaw

Nick has led learning and development in multinational private sector organisations and is now a coach and consultant to leaders in both the public and private sector. He has over 10 years experience in leadership development and helping organisations improve performance by implementing people strategies that work.
Nick enjoys working across the spectrum of intrapersonal, interpersonal, group and whole organisation development. Clients value his open, collaborative and pragmatic approach and his demonstrated enthusiasm to help others live and work to their potential.
Recent projects include developing leaders across one of the UK’s leading retailers, helping a major International NGO through a significant restructure and delivering an intensive programme of capability building for a national agency. He is currently supporting a FTSE 250 company to deliver a global change programme.
Nick attained his Certificate in Executive Coaching in 2004 and is currently participating in the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science’s Certificate in Organisation Development. Nick has an MA in International Relations and Management.
He is also a keen sportsman who played rugby for Scottish Schools and captained the Scottish Universities Rugby XV (a long time ago). More recently he has taken up the less injury prone pursuits of T’ai Chi Ch’uan and hill walking.
