Richard Elson

Richard works at all levels within organisations to create and implement highly impactful and successful change programmes, driving better business performance through engaging, energising and empowering their people.
Richard spent 10 years at Jack Morton Worldwide, one of the worlds leading experiential marketing agencies, as a director of internal communications, meetings and customer experiences. He has a diverse blend of communication skills bridging strategy, programme design and communication delivery.
Richard is also founder and managing director of Organisational Impact. His relationships with the NHS, Lloyds TSB, Cable & Wireless and Vauxhall have resulted in multiple awards from the MCA, CIB, ITMA, M&IT, Event and IVCA.
Richard works in close partnership with Stanton Marris, major projects include the development and delivery of NHS Live; and BEST, Birmingham City Councils cultural change programme.
Richard studied at the Business Faculty of Brunel University and has a BA in Business.
