Rupert Symons

Rupert started his career in the British Army as an officer, serving all around the world, before working for General Motors in Europe and then as a change consultant with Kinsley Lord and Towers Perrin.
At Stanton Marris Rupert’s focus has been on planning large-scale behavioural change programmes and on working with the energy of client teams and key individuals. He also has a particular interest in the ‘hard hat’ sector – process industries, construction and infrastructure.
Rupert has a degree in Civil Engineering from University College London, and later obtained an MBA from INSEAD.
He is a guest lecturer at Lancaster University Management School, and a trustee for Counsel & Care.
