Virginia Merritt

Virginia is an Associate Partner of Stanton Marris. Her expertise lies in helping leaders to plan and deliver strategic or cultural transformation to drive the business forward. She combines extensive knowledge and skills of leadership communication, people engagement, change management and top team/talent development to make it a positive and defining experience for everyone involved.
Recent clients include Balfour Beatty, BBC, Mondi, PayPal, Pearson and law firm Addleshaw Goddard.
Virginia started her career in marketing, worked at Ashridge Business School as the Marketing Director, then joined communication consultants MCA (later acquired by WPP), where she pioneered innovative approaches to organisational change communication. She co-founded Stanton Marris in 1998 and was Managing Partner for eight years.
She enjoys researching, writing and speaking on leadership issues, most recently the potential impact of digital business on structure, culture and leadership.
Virginia has a degree in English and German from the University of Sussex.
