Andrew is one of the founding partners of Stanton Marris. He has twenty years consulting experience, gained at KPMG, Kinsley Lord and Towers Perrin.
The focus of his work is supporting leaders and leadership teams in driving change.
Andrew works as a coach to individuals and teams, weaving together strategy and development issues. His route into consulting was from the Prime Minister's Efficiency Unit where he was closely involved with the government reform agenda in the mid 80s.
Prior to this Andrew was a fast streamer in the Home Office and worked for two Home Secretaries.
Andrew has an MA from Cambridge and an MBA from Warwick Business School. He has also attended Harvard's Art and Practice of Leadership Development, and is a trustee for the Shakespeare Schools Festival.
