Andriana began her career in the civil service with the Metropolitan Police, where she gained experience in leadership of a prosecutions department, HR and responsibility for a large scale organisational engagement programme.
Andriana later joined KPMG Consulting where she led work for clients such as the Home Office, Crown Prosecution Service, Compaq and Reuters.
As an associate at Stanton Marris, Andriana's focus is on supporting top teams in delivering large-scale engagement programmes, and achieving mindset shifts across all levels of organisations.
Andriana has a degree in History from Brunel University and a Dip CIPD from Middlesex University.
