Anna began her career at global consulting firm, Hay Group, helping clients design and develop reward strategies and make pay decisions to support their organisation's goals.
Anna's experience covers a variety of sectors, particularly Financial Services, in which she specialised whilst working at Hay Group.
Since joining Stanton Marris, Anna's focus has been on large-scale leadership and organisational change programmes.
Anna has a Psychology degree from the University of Durham.
