Bronwen career began in advertising and strategic brand consultancy, where she worked as a strategic planner for a range of blue-chip organisations.
From there she moved to BBC Broadcast where she developed strategic communications campaigns for the BBC and UK TV.
As an associate at Stanton Marris, Bronwen's focus is on helping organisations shift behaviours that will drive performance to achieve strategic goals.
Bronwen has a masters degree in Philosophy and Modern Languages from Oxford University, and a postgraduate diploma in psychology.
