John has been in consulting for 20 years, initially working as an academic and investment banker, before making the move to strategy consulting and change management in 1987.
Whilst working at Stanton Marris, John's focus has been on organisation development and design, and leadership development.
John has a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge, and a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
