Julia began her consulting career at international strategy consulting firm, Bain & Co, where she helped clients develop and implement strategic solutions across a range of business issues.
Julia's experience covers a wide range of industries from consumer goods to technology, and includes work on organisational design, performance improvement, change management and growth strategies.
Since joining Stanton Marris, Julia's focus has been on making strategy work practically and enabling individuals and organisations achieve greater impact.
Julia has an MA in Economics and Management from Cambridge University, and holds a corporate coaching qualification from the Coaching Academy.
