Lynn started her career as a scientist before moving into HR specialising in issues of employability. Her senior management experience includes working at Director level at the former Department for Education and Skills where she developed the vision and delivered the strategy across all policy areas with the private sector.
She has extensive experience of engaging institutions, partners and stakeholders in large-scale complex programmes, organisational design and culture change.
Lynn specialises in identifying critical issues, supporting organisations and leaders to focus on development and strategic needs to deliver desired outcomes and better performance.
Lynn read Biochemistry at the University of Warwick, is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts and sits on the Board of Teach First.
