Virginia is one of the founding partners of Stanton Marris.
She started her career in marketing and PR before joining the Ashridge Business School as the Head of Marketing and Business Development, and later as a Director of communication consultancy at MCA (acquired by WPP) where she pioneered innovative approaches to internal communication.
At Stanton Marris, Virginia's focus has been on engaging, raising and focusing people's energy and capability to make strategy work in a variety of business contexts, particularly when the organisation needs to make a shift in culture and ways of working.
Virginia has a degree in English and German from the University of Sussex, she also holds a diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
